Grumbara Candy (Potato Candy) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 med Warm baked potato
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 c. Icing sugar (up to 4)
- 4 Tbsp. Cocoa
Directions
- Interesting, I just ran across this in "Food which Really Schmecks" by Edna Staebler
- Scoop out the potato from the skin and beat with butter till creamy; add in sugar and cocoa gradually, then add in nuts. Knead till it will mould, pack into a buttered pan and cut into squares.
