Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 2 pkt Ramen noodles (beef or possibly oriental flavor best)
  • 2 c. Frzn oriental-style vegetables
  • 2 c. Water Minced green onions for garnish

Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef with onion in large skillet. Drain fat. Dump in frzn veggies, water, 1 pkg. of seasoning from noodles, and both pkg. of dry noodles, broken up (easier if you break them up while still in the pkg.)
  2. Allow to simmer with lid on till noodles and veggies are tender. Sprinkle other seasoning pkg. over top, stir in gently, and then top with minced green onions. Which's it...nothing gourmet, but my family likes it.
