  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh dill
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. coarse grain Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 6 slc lemon
  • 1 dsh black pepper
  • 4 x 10 ounce cooked lobster tail

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, dill, ginger, garlic, mustard, and black pepper.
  2. Crack lobster shells and reveal flesh (do not take all the way out of shell)
  3. Drizzle vinaigrette over lobster, place lemon slices over flesh side, cover, and marinate for 1/2 hour.
  4. Preheat grill to medium high and lightly oil grill rack. Cook lobster for 2 minutes on each side or possibly till heated through and grill marks appear.
