Directions

  1. Marinate the frog legs for three hrs in a mix of the oil, onion, parsley, lemon peel and juice, salt, mustard and basil. Drain well, reserving marinade.
  2. Broil legs over a medium fire three to four min on each side or possibly until tender.
  3. Heat the remaining marinade with the butter and garlic, and pour over the legs.
