Directions

  1. Boil broccoli in salted water for 2-3 min. Remove and drain.
  2. In a bowl toss with extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper.
  3. Grill broccoli till edges begin to char.
  4. Remove and toss with extra virgin olive oil and toasted almond slivers.
  5. To toast almonds, place on foil on covered grill and heat for 2-3 min.
  6. When edges begin to brown toss to brown all sides proportionately.
