- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 to 3 tbsp. mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 minced hard cooked Large eggs
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn green peas, cooked
Directions
- Mix all together. Arrange on lettuce leaves. Serves 8.
