Glossy Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract Lowfat milk
Directions
- Directions:Place small chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at HIGH an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just till chips are melted when stirred. Add in powdered sugar, lowfat sour cream and vanilla; beat till smooth. Add in lowfat milk, 1/2 tsp. at a time, for a thinner consistency. About 2-1/2 c. frosting.
