Ginger Butter Tea Cookies Recipe
Ingredients

- 1 stick butter, cut into 8 pieces
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 c. plus 1 T. flour
- 2.5 oz. crystallized ginger, chopped fine (divided)
- 1 t. orange zest, finely grated
