  • 1 c. Bake it all mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 5 x Large eggs Salt
  • 1/2 x To 3/4 c. jelly -- jam*

Directions

  1. *Or possibly sweetened fruit. Combine Mix and lowfat milk in a bowl. Blend thoroughly.
  2. Add in one egg at a time and beat with a rotary or possibly electric beater after each addition. Pour into a warm 10-inch skillet, bottom rubbed with shortening.
  3. Cook over low heat till slightly set on bottom and sides, then place in 425 F. oven 20 min. To serve, sprinkle lightly with salt and spread pancake with jelly or possibly sweetened fruit. Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
  4. Yield:One 10-inch pancake, 5 to 6 servings.
