Garlic Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 pkt yeast
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 3 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1 x egg.
- 4 x cloves of garlic, finely chopped
Directions
- Dissolve sugar, salt & vegetable oil in warm water. Dissolve yeast in hot water. Mix all ingredients and let rise to double. Shape into small rolls and Let rise till a second time (till double in size). If desired, just Before you bake the rolls you can spray them with a garlic flavored non- stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 400 F till the rolls are a light golden.
