Ingredients

  • 1 lb small cooked Shrimp
  • 1 stk Butter or possibly Margarine
  • 2 x -3 small cloves chopped or possibly pressed Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Dill Weed Crackers

Directions

  1. Rinse and dry shrimp; chop fine. Cream butter with garlic and dill; gradually add in minced shrimp, and continue to beat till all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Place in covered container and refrigeratein refrigerator. If taking away from home, transport in a chilled cooler. When ready to serve, mound shrimp mix on good crackers.
