Frozen Lemon Vodka Recipe

Ingredients
- 275 gm lemon sorbet
- 1/2 bot vodka frzn indian tonic water
Directions
- Refrigeratesome small tumblers for a couple of hrs beforehand.
- Scoop out 10 small balls or possibly teaspoonfuls of lemon sorbet place a scoop of sorbet in the bottom of each chilled glass.
- Pour over a shot of vodka and top up with tonic water to taste.
- Serves 10
