Frozen Ice Cream Strawberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 20 x Graham Crackers
- 1/2 stk unsalted melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1 quart vanilla Ice cream softened
- 2 c. frzn strawberries with syrup thawed at room temp.
Directions
- STEP 1:In food processor combine gram crackers butter sugar and cinnamon till crumbly.
- Press into a 9" pie pan. Freeze 30 min.
- STEP 2:Mix soft ice cream and strawberries until well blended. Pour into pie crust freeze till hard about 1 1/2-3 hrs.
