Frosty Margarita Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. strawberries, finely minced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 12 squares
- 1 quart frzn nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. grated lime peel
- 1/3 c. fresh lime juice
- 4 Tbsp. tequila, optional
- 1 c. frzn light dessert topping, thawed Lime and strawberry slices, optional
Directions
- Strawberries are the surprise ingredient in this pie's delicious crust.
- In small bowl, combine all crust ingredients; mix well. Press in bottom and up sides of 9-inch pie pan. Set aside.
- In large bowl with electric mixer, combine all filling ingredients. Mix on high speed just till combined. Spoon into crust. Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hrs or possibly till hard sufficient to cut. Serve topped with dessert topping and garnished with lime and strawberry slices.
- TIP: Filling can be prepared in food processor bowl with metal blade or possibly blender container. Process 10 to 15 seconds or possibly just till combined.
