Fresh Tuna Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 x fresh albacore tuna steaks, 3/4" thick (abt 10 to 12 ounce total)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
- 1 x sweet onion finely diced
- 2 x celery ribs finely diced
- 1 bn dill snipped
- 1 bn chives minced Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 x potato bread hamburger rolls - (to 4) Bottled sweet pickles Potato chips
Directions
- Poach tuna in salted water for 3 to 4 min till cooked through. Flake and pull apart.
- Combine with mayonnaise, mustard, relish, onion and celery, herbs, salt and pepper. Spoon on rolls. Top with some sliced sweet pickles and potato chips.
- This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
