- 2 c. Unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Soup, broth or possibly stew
Directions
- Stir first 4 ingredients together with spoon; drop by spoonfuls into simmering soup. Cover; cook for 15 min. Don't uncover during cooking time.
