Foaming Icing For Cotton Cake Recipe

- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Corn syrup
- 4 Tbsp. Water
- 1 x Egg white
Directions
- Put brown sugar, corn syrup, water and egg white in double boiler. Beat till mix is hard. Spread on cake with flat knife. Decorate with marashino cherries to taste.
