Flimflam Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 5 x chicken legs
- 5 x chicken thighs
Directions
- Place all ingredients except chicken pcs in a saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat till butter or possibly margarine is melted, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer sauce to a shallow bowl and dip the chicken pcs in the sauce, coating completely. Place chicken in a flat baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, turning once.
