Directions

  1. Thaw fillets if frzn. In greased shallow baking dish, arrange onion and tomatoes. Place fish fillets over vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and paprika.
  2. Combine cheese with lowfat sour cream; pour over fillets. Dot with butter. Bake in 400 F oven till fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
  3. Makes 6servings.
