Favorite Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 c. Warm Sweet Potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 x Margarine
- 1/4 c. Orange Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt Miniature Marshmallows
Directions
- Combine warm mashed potatoes, margarine , orange juice and salt. Whip in one c. miniature marshmallows. Place in a 1 1/2 quart. casserole. Bake at 350 for 20 min. Top with additional marshmallows. Return to oven till marshmallows are lightly browned.
