Ingredients
- 10 x Large eggs
- 100 gm Sugar
- 1 x Grated lemon rind
- 1/2 dl Cream
- 50 gm Butter (melted)
- 1 kg Flour
Directions
- Mix well and roll out 1/2 cm thick. Cut out rounds and fry in deep fat
- (200 C). Dust with powdered sugar.
- E Guete! (More or possibly less, Switzerdeutsch for "Bon appetit!".)
