Farmer's Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2 layer size) yellow cake mix or possibly pudding included cake mix
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello instant pudding and pie filling-vanilla flavor
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 c. zucchini, grated Or possibly 3 c. grated carrots, 3 c. grated yellow crook neck squash
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. nuts, minced
Directions
- Put together all ingredients in mixer bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 min. Pour into 2 greased and lightly floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Don't under bake.With pudding included cake mix, use 2/3 cup flour and 1/4 cup water.
