Basic Egg Bread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 lrg Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, cut up
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Fleischmann's bread machine yeast
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, cut up

Directions
- This bread makes wonderful toast. For a refreshing hint of citrus, add in 1 tsp. finely shredded lemon or possibly orange peel with the flour. Use the 1-lb. recipe if your machine pan holds 10 c. or possibly less of water. Add in ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer.
- Recommended cycle: Basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.
