  1. Cream butter with sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks till light and lemon colored; blend into creamed mix.
  3. Sift together cake flour, baking pwdr and salt; resift 3 times.
  4. Add in the sifted ingredients in thirds, alternating with lowfat milk.
  5. Add in vanilla, grated lemon rind and lemon juice and beat 2 min.
  6. Bake in a greased Bundt pan for 1 hour or possibly till a straw inserted in the center comes out clean.
