Elephant Ear Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1/2 c. Shortening, melted
- 1 x Egg
- 1/2 c. Sour lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soda, dissolved in lowfat milk
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Raisins (minced)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in order given; drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min in 375-degree oven.
