Eggless No Cholesterol Corn Muffins (Has Flour) Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions
- Sift and mix together the dry ingredients. Add in the lowfat milk and shortening. Pour into paper lined muffin c.
- (2/3 full) and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min.
