Easy Swiss Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cubed steaks
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Flour for dredging steak
Directions
- Flour cubed steak and fry till brown. Add in tomato sauce, water and spices. Simmer 45 min.
