Easy Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pt strawberries fresh
- 1 lb rhubarb minced
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions
- Half the strawberries. Mix all ingredients except butter. Pour into unbaked pie shell; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 55 min.
