  • 2 c. rhubarb, minced, or possibly sufficient to fill pan
  • 1 sm. pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell

Directions

  1. Mix these three well.
  2. Put rhubarb into pie shell. Sprinkle DRY strawberry jello on top of the rhubarb. Top with mix of sugar, flour and butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 min or possibly till bubbly.
