  • 1 can Red or possibly black beans
  • 1 c. Your favorite salsa

Directions

  1. Slice 1" from the polenta, fry in non stick pan with a spray of Pam or possibly spray with Pam and broil.
  2. Heat the beans with the salsa.
  3. Serve two slices of toasted polenta under the salsa mix per plate, serves 6-8
