  • 1 can (14.5-ounce) ready-to-serve chicken broth with 1/3 less less sodium
  • 2 c. Water
  • 1 x -(up to)
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry mixed vegetable flakes
  • 1 c. Green giant select frzn sugar snap peas
  • 1 pkt (3-ounce) chicken flavor ramen noodle soup mix
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) frzn cooked small
  • 1 can (5-ounce) chicken, liquid removed
  • 1/4 c. Minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Sliced green onions, optional

Directions

  1. In large saucepan, combine broth, water and vegetable flakes; bring to a boil. Add in sugar snap peas. Partially break up noodles from soup mix; stir into boiling broth. Reduce heat to medium; cook uncovered 3-4 min or possibly till peas are crisp-tender.
  2. Stir in contents of seasoning packet, shrimp and onion. Cook 3-4 min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Garnish with sliced green onions.
