  • 6 skinless chicken breasts (boneless, even nicer)
  • Lemon pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice diluted with 1/2 c. water
  • Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing

Directions

  1. Put chicken breast in a single layer, close together, in suitable pan. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Put Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix atop breasts. Pour on oil slowly; then pour on lemon juice-water mix, slowly.
  2. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This recipe can be halved or possibly doubled - adjust liquid measures.
