Easy Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Hard margarine or possibly butter
Directions
- Heat oven to 375F. Grease round pan, 9 x 1 1/2". Prepare Streusel topping; reserve.
- Mix all other ingredients, beat 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with streusel topping.
- Bake 18-22 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot.
- Makes 8servings.
- For the streusel topping: Mix all ingredients together till crumbly.
