Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Fresh cut up chicken
  • 1 can Minute Rice
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 can water

Directions

  1. Rice and water may be increased to 2 cans of each if so desired.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients except chicken in 13 x 9 inch roasting pan and mix well. Place chicken pcs, as many as will fit nicely into rice mix. Salt tops of chicken (optional). Bake 1 hour or possibly till chicken appears done.
