This Easy Baked Potato Salad recipe is one you will definitely want to save. We love potato salad and this is a great twist on a traditional recipe. You can make this in advance and it will be chilled and ready for any gathering. Super easy and keeps 2 lbs of baked 5 slices of cooked bacon, chopped (I bake mine in the oven, here is my recipe.
