Dry Jerk Seasoning Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Onion flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Onion pwdr
- 2 tsp Grnd thyme
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Dry chives or possibly green onions
Directions
- Mix together all the ingredients. Store leftovers in a tightly closed glass jar. It will keep its pugency for over a month.
