  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • Healthy pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs with sugar, vanilla, lowfat milk, and salt.
  2. Add in flour and baking pwdr.
  3. Drop by tsp. into warm oil (about 350 degrees) in frying pan.
  4. Brown on both sides, being careful not to fry too fast so the inside gets done.
