  1. Blend softened cream cheese with mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Add in parsley, onion, horseradish and about 1/4 of the beef. Mix well. Refrigeratetill hard. On wax paper mold into a roll and then roll in the dry beef. Serve with your favorite cracker.
