Don Brown's Tri Tips Recipe
Ingredients
- For each tri-tip:
- Garlic salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Kikkoman teriyaki barbecue and marinade sauce
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. red wine
Directions
- Mix together the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and redwine.
- Season each tri-tip with garlic salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over the marinade.
- Marinate 24 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Barbecue. Cut tri-tips on cross grain.
