Deep Dish Pizza Dough Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. powdered yeast
- 2/3 c. plus 4 tbsp. hot water
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in hot water. Mix all ingredients together. Knead for 5 min. Put dough in lightly oiled pan, cover. Let rise till double, about 1 hour.
