  • Onion – 1, small, finely chopped

  • Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
  • Green Chillies – 1, slit lengthwise
  • Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1/2 tblsp
  • Jeera Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Butter as required
  • Fresh Cream – 1/2 tblsp, for garnishing
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • Coriander Leaves – few, chopped
  • Salt as per taste
