Curt's Cottage Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 c. creamed cottage cheese
Directions
- In a small bowl, blend vinegar, salt and Tabasco sauce, blend in mayonnaise and beat till smooth. Stir in blue cheese and cottage cheese. Makes 1 1/3 c..
