Marinated Asparagus by Robyn SavoieThis versatile recipe made with fresh asparagus can be made year around. Serve it cold or warm as side with any meal. My favorite way to serve this is grilling it. It produces rave reviews every time. Even from guests who may not be fans of asparagus. |

Turkey soup with tomatoes and herbs. by HelenscookingGreat soup, if you have turkey leftovers from holidays or if you just wish to have a rich, hearty soup for lunch. Any part of turkey will be good (I cooked mine from turkey neck and some leftovers). It takes 30-40 minutes to cook and the taste is amazing. The key to great taste are tomatoes and herbs. |

I cannot go without cream of mushroom soup not one day longer, so, tonight we had cream of mushroom soup. This is my first try at cream of mushroom soup and it's a keeper! |

Vegan Simple Pea Soup by JillThis simple pea soup is excellent cooked as well as raw! This can be used as a base for so many more vegetables too! Use your imagination and try shredding some potatoes, celery, corn, etc. I like to add seitan. Let me know how yours comes out. I"ve only made this using my Vita-mix but I'm sure a regular blender will work… |
