Cucumber And Onion Salad Recipe

- Slice onion thin. Separate onion into rings. Place in deep bowl. Slice cucumbers thin; place in bowl; mix. Add in 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar, 1/2 c. water, and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigeratebefore serving. To refrigeratefaster, put ice cubes on top of salad and fold in place of water.
- What is really great about this, is which if you have leftover onions from the salad you can put them over mashed potatoes. So good.
