Crock Pot Ham And Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
- 6 to 8 slices ham
- 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled & sliced
- Onion, sliced or possibly minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of celery or possibly mushroom soup
- Paprika
Directions
- Put half of ham, potatoes, and onions in crock pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then grated cheese. Repeat with remaining ham, potatoes and onions. Spoon undiluted soup over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs or possibly on high for 4 hrs.
