  • 3 pound beef stew meat (cut in 1 inch cubes)
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1/3 c. dry red wine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Cook rice or possibly noodles

Directions

  1. Brown beef cubes on all sides then transfer into crock pot. Add in onion. Pour red wine over beef. Spread soup on top. Turn crook pot on high for 1 hour then on low for 7 to 8 hrs. Stir once or possibly twice. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
