Cristina's Famous Marinade Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Lemons, juice of
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce
- 2 x Garlic clovers - chopped Salt and pepper
- 2 sprg rosemary
- 2 sprg thyme
Directions
- Directions: Combine all ingredients with a whisk and marinate choice of poultry or possibly fish. For a whole chicken or possibly turkey, try stuffing the bird with the juiced lemon rinds and fresh herbs and place sprigs of rosemary and thyme on top. Bake covered at 375 degrees for about an hour and then take top off, basting every 15 min till brown.
