Creamy Stuffed Celery Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. finely minced pimento stuffed olives
- 1 tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 tbsp. finely minced sweet pickles
- 1 tbsp. finely minced pecans
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
Directions
- Wash and scrape celery. Cut into 3 inch pcs. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Stuff the celery pcs with cream cheese mix.
