Creamy Spinach Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients

• 6 pcs lasagna, cooked
• 1 low fat cottage cheese
• 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. shredded part skim Mozzarella
• 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
• 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
• 1 teaspoon parsley flakes (1 tbsp. fresh minced)
• 6 tbsp. butter
• 6 tbsp. flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon or possibly broth
• 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk (1 sm. can evaporated lowfat milk + lowfat milk)
• 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. fresh spinach (can be 16 ounce.)
• 1 teaspoon dry bread crumbs (optional)
