Creamy Chocolate Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 can (14 oz) chocolate sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 3 x Egg yolks, slightl beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pkt (6 oz) graham cracker crumb pie crust Whipped topping or possibly whipping cream
Directions
- Stir together water and cornstarch. In saucepan, combine sweetened condensedm ilk and egg yolks; stir in cornstarch mix. Cook over Medium-Low heat, stirring constantly till thick and bubbly, about 12-15 min. Remove from heat; stir in margarine and vanilla. Spoon into pie crust. Refrigerate3 hrs or possibly till set. Top with whipped topping or possibly whipped cream. Chill leftovers.
